• A message will be sent for this appointment having registration detail on your mobile number, entered in the information. (इस नियुक्ति के लिए एक संदेश भेजा जाएगा जिसमें आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर पंजीकरण विवरण होगा, जो जानकारी में दर्ज किया गया है।)

5. अस्पताल में विजिट पर धन्वन्तरी ओपीडी / चरक भवन में स्थापित फ़ास्ट ट्रैक काउंटर से ओपीडी कार्ड प्राप्त करने के लिए यह मैसेज दिखावे।
6. ये पंजीकरण सिर्फ विजिट तारीख के लिए ही मान्य होगा।
