Towards the implementation of budget announcement 2016-17, The State Government of Rajasthan has envisaged an Integrated Raj e-Panchayat web-based solution to enhance PRI’s productivity and streamlining the internal process of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department.

The web-based solution developed by DoIT&C, GoR with the objective of real-time processing of the activities performed at the PRIs right from the work identification, initiation to completion and payment thus enabling effective use of IT in various activities viz Planning, Budgeting, Accounting, schemes monitoring at all level is being implemented in 33 ZP, 295 PS, and 295 Pilot GPs.

Deendayal Upadhayay Panchayat shivers and Gramin Patta Vitran Abhiyan are being monitored through a module under this application.

एकीकृत राज ई-पंचायत राजस्थान

राजस्थान राज्य सरकार के बजट घोषणा 2016-17 के कार्यान्वयन की दिशा में एक एकीकृत राज ई-पंचायत वेब आधारित प्रणाली विकसित की गई, जिसका उछेश्‍य पंचायती राज संस्थाओं को सशक्‍त एवं पारदर्शी करने के साथ-साथ ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायती राज विभाग की आंतरिक प्रक्रिया को भी सशक्‍त और सुव्यवस्थित करना हैं ।

एकीकृत राज ई-पंचायत वेब आधारित प्रणाली के सूक्ष्‍म मॉडयूल के माध्‍यम से प्रत्‍येक शुक्रवार को आयोजित होने वाले पं. दीनदयाल उपाध्याय जन कल्‍याण पंचायत शिविर की गतिविधियों की सफलतापूर्वक निगरानी की जा रही हैं।

एकीकृत राज ई-पंचायत वेब आधारित प्रणाली को राजस्थान सरकार के सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी और संचार विभाग द्वारा विकसित किया जा रहा है। उक्‍त प्रणाली के माध्‍यम से पंचायती राज संस्थाओं के कार्यकलापों, गतिविधियों, योजना निर्माण, बजट आवंटन, लेखों का संधारण, योजनाओं की निगरानी, यूसी-सीसी इत्‍यादि करना हैं। सूचना तकनीक का प्रभावी उपयोग करना ही उक्‍त प्रणाली का परम उछेश्‍य हैं ।
